- Legal Hold: Data may be retained longer if required for legal proceedings
7. Your Privacy Rights

12. European Privacy Rights (GDPR)

- Right to data portability in a structured, commonly used format
- Right to object to automated decision-making and profiling
Our legal bases for processing include: performance of contract, legitimate interests, consent, and legal obligations.
13. Third-Party Websites and Services
Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or integrate with third-party services. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third-party services. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you interact with.
14. Do Not Track Signals
Some browsers have "Do Not Track" features that allow you to tell websites not to track you. Currently, there is no industry standard for responding to Do Not Track signals. We do not currently respond to Do Not Track signals, but you can control tracking through cookie settings and privacy tools.
15. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable laws. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Privacy Policy on this page, updating the "Last Updated" date, and/or sending you an email notification. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
